The Hudson Valley’s premier OCR training circuit.
This massive collection of obstacles have been professionally curated by some of the area’s best coaches to create a unique experience for newcomers and experienced athletes alike. Add some fun to your fitness routine with our weekly open field sessions, tune your skills with comprehensive training sessions hosted by pro Spartan coaches or conquer your goals with our themed race events.
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, Obstacle Wonderland is your canvas to challenge yourself like never before, build relationships with like-minded athletes & most importantly have a whole lot of fun.

Birthdays at obstacle wonderland!
Our Wonderland Kids work hard to explore the field, push their boundaries, and learn new skills as a team. After many successful kids sessions, you’ve asked and we’ve answered! We can now accommodate group birthday parties for kids or team building gatherings booked privately with us. We’re looking forward to growing this offering and hope to see your birthday kids join us this year with friends to crush the course!

OBSTACLE WONDERLAND EVENTS
We have a full calendar of events running through every season! Bringing together local and traveling athletes, our events feature a full circuit of obstacles, different run options including 5K, 10K+ with a collectible medal designed for every participant. All our races are at your own pace so every experience level is welcome!
We also run a series of guest hosted events that are a must for even the most seasoned OCR athletes.
