I am the parent/legal guardian of the child participating in this outdoor session, and I give permission for my child to take part. I understand that outdoor activities involve risks such as falls, weather exposure, insect bites, and minor injuries. I release Obstacle Wonderland and its staff from liability for injury, loss, or damage, except where prohibited by law. I confirm my child is fit to participate and will follow all safety instructions.
